Rental Information: The Home In The Hills cabin sleeps up to ten people comfortably, and there is no additional cost for having a group. There are beds to sleep eight, plus a hide-a-bed sofa in the den. We appreciate you making your rental as soon as possible, so that we can ensure the cabin is ready for you. If you are unable to keep your scheduled time, we will refund your rental cost (less half of the deposit) if the cancellation is within 30 days of the scheduled date (with the exception of holidays). Otherwise, we'll be happy to apply your rental payment and deposit to another rental within 12 months. |

| Rental Rates:
$150 per night, two night minimum. (There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends.) If you are interested in renting, please email us for a copy of the Rental Agreement. In order to reserve the cabin, you'll need to return the signed Rental Agreement along with the deposit and rent. Until that's received, the cabin is not considered as reserved. |

| Deposit Amount:
A $200 Deposit will be required on all rentals. If you need to cancel or reschedule your time, the deposit is not refundable. After the deposit has been received, and your time has been reserved, the deposit may be applied to a future rental deposit if we are able to re-rent your time for you. |
